John Light, Partner
John started his career in accounting with British Gas and Waste Management. He soon recognized his true passions were for executive and retained search. He has since spent over 15 years honing his craft across multiple industries, especially oil & gas, energy, construction, technology and professional services. Whether placing a CEO, data scientist, director or VP, John works to align the key components of each employer and candidate to stack the deck for their success.
Growing up with family working in the oil & gas industry, John developed a genuine curiosity for understanding how businesses thrive whether the marketplace is up or down. He served in a range of capacities from search consultant to SVP of Search Services with national and international firms before launching EvolvingTalentGroup.
The company brings a focused, boutique service to the market that solves talent challenges facing leadership teams. Partnering with select clients feeds his passion – the identification, assessment, attraction and selection of the best talent for his clients’ business needs and culture.

Kevin Stewart, Partner
Kevin Stewart is a Partner with EvolvingTalentGroup. Kevin specializes in conducting C-suite and senior executive searches for public, venture capital, and private equity-backed companies within multiple disciplines and industries. Kevin’s representation of multinational companies includes emphasis from Software and Internet, to Manufacturing and Industrial sectors.
Kevin brings over fifteen years of extensive, diverse executive search consulting expertise in Technology, Finance, and Operational roles. Prior to joining, Kevin was a partner with a retained leadership solutions firm. Kevin has a successful history of leveraging partnerships and alignments with executive operating management as well as senior human resources professionals. He has consistently delivered world-class service to a global clientele and has a deep understanding, and a unique and focused perspective on delivering exceptional results and building value with enterprise clients.
Kevin is happily married and enjoys travel, music, food and wine in his spare time. Kevin is actively involved in various community and youth activities with multiple not for profit organizations.

Katherine Roblin, Partner
As a Partner at EvolvingTalentGroup, Katherine brings decades of experience recruiting top healthcare executives for providers, payers, vendors, and more, to serve start-ups to Fortune 500’s, public and private companies, and nonprofits. Clients have included major hospitals and healthcare institutions across the nation. A longtime Houston resident, Katherine has dedicated her life to developing, nurturing and counseling clinicians and administrators in healthcare, life sciences and beyond. Clients and candidates alike have rewarded her warmth, ethics, support, loyalty, industry knowledge and “can-do” attitude with referrals, repeat engagements, and enduring relationships.
HIPAA-certified, Katherine studied business administration at Arizona State University. She attends national and local healthcare conferences and meetings regularly and is a member of the Texas and Houston Associations of Nurse Executives (TONE & HONE) and the American Association of Blood Banks (AABB).
Katherine and her husband ski, hike, parent rescue and other animals, explore the local arts-and-culture scene, and travel domestically and abroad.
