Retained Executive Search

We begin by interviewing your hiring team to define the true role behind the simple job description, and consult on the most effective approach, including:

  • Preparation of an in-depth 360 degree “job-behind-the-job” analysis around the position.
  • Ongoing communication throughout the search process. You’ll always have an up-to-date status on your search.
  • Regular feedback that allows the hiring team to rest easy the search is being handled, so they can focus on other priorities.
  • Presentation of three to five candidates, any one of which could perform the role, for interviews.
  • Each candidate presented with their resume, search partner assessment and an in-depth candidate self-assessment.
  • Candidates are shepherded through the interview process, and we consult with them as needed throughout offer negotiation and on-boarding process.
  • Placement of your chosen candidate is guaranteed from start date through the following 12 months. Plus, we will not present the interviewed candidates on other engagements for the duration of the guarantee.

Engaged Search

Our Engaged Searches are designed to deliver dedicated service levels and candidate quality.  Each Search Engagement starts with the “job-behind-the-job” analysis. The process includes:

  • Conference calls scheduled at weekly intervals to keep the hiring team up to date.
  • Dedicated researchers build a list of probable candidates allowing a deep-dive into the total talent market, not just candidates applying to ads or posting online resumes.
  • Highly experienced Partners conduct outreach efforts and candidate interviews/assessments.
  • Presentation of three to five candidates, any one of which could perform the role, for interviews.
  • Each candidate presented with their resume and search partner assessment.
  • Candidates shepherded through interview, offer negotiation, acceptance and on-boarding processes.
  • The placement of your chosen candidate is guaranteed from the start date through the following six months. Plus, we will not present the interviewed candidates on other engagements for the duration of the guarantee.

Executive Pipelining
