Retained executive search

Performance-based retained search
Professional search provides a significantly higher service level than traditional contingency services because we take the strongest values from both retained and contingent search to deliver the best client outcome. Performance-based retained searches have an initial engagement fee and only bill for the remainder when the preferred candidate accepts an offer.
EvolvingTalent’s Executive Candidate Pipelining option is purpose built for volume hiring of highly compensated performers. Our Pipelining program diverges from traditional retained search because the structure is predicated on time and effort instead of compensation.
Exclusive contingent search
Usually reserved for critical but non-executive searches, we engage in contingent searches for select clients on an exclusive basis.
