  1. DISCOVERY BLUEPRINT
    We dive deep with the hiring team to clarify the candidate avatar, fitness for the opportunity, fit for the organization and document what good looks like.  We craft a Candidate Scorecard for every search that is the touchstone for three areas: Qualifications, Competencies and Culture.
  2. RESEARCH MARKET MAP
    Our research team generates a list of potential candidates aligned with the avatar.  According to LinkedIn studies, only 19% of the total professional talent pool responds to ads.  Our Research Market Map digs into every corner of the market. Our goal is to develop a list heavy on passive candidates and top performers who do not have to make a move but are motivated to make the right move.
  3. ENGAGEMENT DANCE
    Our Partners engage in skillful outreach, positioning the opportunity and client company to determine who is both qualified and interested.  In order to start prying passive candidates out of their current context, we saturate the target with multiple (5-10) outreach campaigns via phone, social media and email.  Then we focus on the top 10% of qualified and interested candidates.
  4. PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT
    Our Partners interview the top 10% of candidates and develops the scorecard assessments.  This allows us to get clarity on real insights regarding candidate fitness for both the role and organization.  We also start our Counteroffer Inoculation process.
  5. RED ZONE
    Using our scorecard assessments, we present the most fit candidates for client interviews.  We conduct candidate & client debriefs, verify alignment, offer crafting and close. We bring the whole process to a focal point for a decision.  And, we continue to inoculate your high-value candidates against counteroffers.
  6. POINT AFTER
    We shepherd candidates through the resignation and on-boarding processes.  Especially staying engaged on both ends of the equation to smooth any wrinkles and be certain of a right start.
  7. AFTER ACTION
    After your preferred candidate hits the ground running, we continue to support your decision by delivering an “after action” report on the search, offering up insights for blind spots, areas for improvement and process enhancement.
